By purchasing my product & services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions and confirm you are at least 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.

GENERAL》All rules listed applies both commissions and raffle prizes.》 If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist.》By commissioning me, you agree that your artwork will be delivered digitally. You will not be receiving a physical product.》Under any circumstance, I do NOT allow the rights to have any mint/sell my artwork for NFT. This includes any form of blockchains, meta-data, AI art, crypto etc. Any of these involved will be revoke immediately and permanently banned from future commissions/projects.》I have the right to refuse any commission I don’t feel comfortable or capable of doing.》Please do not edit or change the original artwork in any way without my permission, including color-changing, removing images, removing my watermark, and more.》Do not claim the commission work as your own.》Remember to credit me upon reuploading platforms such as Twitch, Twitter, Toyhouse, etc. (@traannahh)》I retain all rights to post my art on any social media or portfolio (unless requested not to by your prior/NDA request)》If you have any questions feel free to ask through Email or Twitter DMs.》For businesses, agencies, organizations, management, and groups, please contact me to arrange in more detail.CONTENT》I have the right to refuse projects/requests according to my capabilities. Some of the content I will not be comfortable with representing include:✗ Fully mech/robotic

✗ Loli or underage
✗ Gore or excessively violent
✗ Copying other's styles
✗ Characters designed by AI
✗ Any offensive imagery that discriminates/stereotypes gender identities and culturesPAYMENTS》Price may change depending on the size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at my discretion.》Payment will be sent after the commissioner approved the estimated cost.》Payment must be made before I begin work.》Rush order fees are subject to increase by up to 50%.》Payment Plan may be negotiated with the prior inquiry. Please let me know if you require one and we can discuss the steps. Applies to payments over $150+ or more.》If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.REFUND》Cancellation of the commission is only permitted before payment.》Once I start the sketch of your commission, There will be NO REFUND. I can refund 100% ONLY if I have not started working on it or I feel unable to complete the commissioner's standards.⭒ Partial refund will be made according to the progress of the commission.》Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project or after the commissioner received completed artwork will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your Payment account, including side accounts.》Canceled projects nullify the intellectual use of any work-in-progress updates [ concepts, sketches, etc. ] that may have been shared.

NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST》 If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.》I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.》The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.》However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.》This is especially important to consider if you are a VTuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.》 The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.REVISIONS》Once payment has been received, I'll begin sketching for your approval.》Once the sketch has been approved, I will begin lineart and painting/rendering the design. Throughout this process, I'll send you progress (WIP) shots with the marked ideas. Please feel free to speak out about any adjustments, I want to do my best to capture your characters' composition to your expectations.》After the final piece is completed. Clients are able to make any minor changes (ie. hair/eye colour, missing small details, etc.) before the completed version is delivered through Email.DEADLINES & DELIVERY》Allow between 2 month to 4 month of working days to complete the illustration. All commission progress can be tracked through Trello.》Completed commissions include a high-res file of your commissioned piece with my watermark and transparent files (if applicable)》Please save your copy of the commission once it is sent since I will be deleting the file in the near future.

USE》All base commissions are for personal use.》Complex design and deadline may include additional charges.⭒ If you have a specific deadline you'd like your commission by(i.e. birthday gifts, VTuber debut, etc.), please discuss it with me prior to commissioning me.》For commercial use, please explain in detail your request.》Commercial commissions are 200-300% of the total price (depending on the usage, the rate will be increased)》Vtubers, Youtubers, streamers, and other social media content creators do not fall under "personal use" since they are considered a 'brand' (unless they do not intend to use my art commercially).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS》You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.》You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use only (ie. NOT for sale).》 You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

Tiers	Examples
Tier 1: Personal Permission Use	Avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays as graphics.
Tier 2: Stream Commerical Use Permission	Branding, streaming platforms(ie. Twitch, Youtube, etc.), and/or social media where you receive profit. Cannot be re-sold to someone else w/o my permission.
Tier 3: Standard Commerical Use Permission	Includes Tier 2 + Permission to reproduce digital and physical merchandise.
